Order Processing & Handling

All orders are packaged with custom blade edge guards and dispatched from our Morris Plains, New Jersey facility within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or observed US holidays process the following business day.

Domestic US Shipping & Rates

We ship nationwide across the United States with full end-to-end tracking:

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 business days):
    • FREE on orders $70.00 and above
    • $8.00 Flat Rate on orders under $70.00
  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days): $15.00 Flat Rate

International Shipping

  • Economy International (5–8 business days): $49.00 Flat Rate
  • Customers are responsible for any destination customs fees, VAT, or local import duties.

Tracking Your Order

A dispatch confirmation email containing your courier tracking number is automatically generated once your package leaves our facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier system.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at bladehoodknives@gmail.com with photos of the package and item for immediate replacement or resolution.
