Refund and Return Policy

At BladeHoodKnives, customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship are our highest priorities. We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: completely unused, unsharpened, and undamaged.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all protective blade edge wraps, custom sheaths, certificates, and accessories.
  • You must provide your order confirmation number or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us directly at bladehoodknives@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibilities & Fees

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged in transit or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and provide a free replacement or 100% full refund at no cost to you.
  • Customer Remorse / Discretionary Returns: For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return postage using a trackable, insured courier service. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing Times

Once we receive and inspect your return at our facility, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for your banking institution or card issuer to post the funds to your account.

Exceptions

Custom-engraved, personalized, or custom-commissioned blades cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
